Work-Based Learning (WBL) connects high school students with hands-on workplace experiences that build confidence, develop professional skills, and prepares them for high-demand careers in right here in Eastern Kentucky.
Through Rural Up, students gain access to internships, career exploration, and professional mentoring while earning experience that supports their future education and employment goals.
